Introduction:
The casing section milling system integrates a casing section mill and a
stall preventer. The casing section mill housing adopts a split threaded
connection structure, eliminating auxiliary components such as movable
Clamping Block. Major bolt holes and pin holes are removed from the
housing, which greatly improves the overall structural strength, avoids
cracking risks at housing hole‑opening positions, and thoroughly resolves
failures including bolt loosening and falling off caused by vibration in
conventional structures. Meanwhile, the structural design and manufacturing
process of the cutter blades are optimized, delivering advantages of short
windowing time, high section‑milling efficiency and long service life.
Under working conditions of excessive cutting depth of blades, the stall
preventer automatically and adaptively adjusts WOB and torque to
prevent cutter from damage due to instantaneous torque release, thus
maximizing the overall service life of the tool.
Features and Benefits:
★ Extremely high efficiency in window cutting and milling
★ Field-replaceable blades
★ Compatible with mud motor for operations
★ Exceptionally long blade lifespan
★ Model B features no milling slots or drilled holes on the main body for
fixing blades, delivering extremely high overall strength and superior
adaptability to high‑grade steel applications.
